In terms of purchasing and obtaining a refund thereafter, consumable products (food Items) are extremely easy to SE. There's so many scenarios I can think of.
Without going Into In depth detail, simply saying that the protein powder was clumpy with an unpleasant odor will see you through. As for the company, It's Immaterial. When It comes to food products, most tend to operate In a similar manner and It's the vulnerability of the "employee" (not the company) that's of significant relevance.
