Is This A Legit Windows Process? - Drako - 11-07-2017

Earlier I was attempting to delete FilezillaFTP since I didn't need it anymore and ran across this process. I found it odd because upon further inspection I saw this. Specifically the 'tottalynewshit.exe' original filename. Once I get an answer I'll close this thread because personally I see it as pretty LQ.

Edit - Closing thread since I myself and @Asura came up with an answer.

That is not legit. At least to my knowledge. I have a habit of making things have weird names but to me, that shouldn't be legit especially considering it's supposed to be a Window's process.

Hell, it could have been doing anything. Somehow it was on my PC since 9/11/2017. Probably from installing some bs without VTing it to be honest. Making it more suspicious it was in my Appdata/Roaming. Anything posing to be a Windows process that's located inside your Appdata folder, it's not real.
