IMO it's easier to just stream it on 9anime or something, just hard to find some of the shows i want on there, so i have to request the shows and wait for them to put it up to watch it. I have 4 externals, with each serving a backup to each other. Safeguarding against critical data loss Is paramount.
Affordability with SSDs (of huge capacity) Is not quite there yet, however HDDs have significantly dropped In cost. For peace of mind, It's one of the best Investments you can make.

You have a point but its an efficient way when you download a 720p anime not a compressed one will be 400MB+

Most people who watch anime have plenty of storeage. If you compress it too much you will loose quaility. Sites like that are a waste of time.
