Never seen this one before. I do know another trick for this which ive known for quite some time.
1. Go to https://www.google.com/gmail/ .
2. Fill in your details EXCEPT your phone of course.
3. in the country drop down menu scroll to the India option click it and type nothing more.
4. Enjoy infinite accounts!

Just to let you guys know, this method isn't working. It works once, but not everyime (someone said this in the comments).

As @Bish0pQ mentioned, this does not work. Not for "unlimited" accounts.
You can create a few accounts on a single verified phone number, but that's as far as It goes.
