Customer service attitude: Oprah Givers
Now let's get free caffeine, sugar, and midnight shame.
Step 1: Visit Rockstars website
Step 2: Scroll down and open the contact page. ( Yep it's not in the hamburger menu. This was the hard part of the SE)
Step 3: Change the contact form type of submission from "general inquiry" to "product complaint.
Step 4: Fill out the contact form with real or fake name generator information. Make sure you give them a drop address you can access or your real address. I used all my real info because I used form fill on my phone so this process took less than 4.45 minutes to complete.
Step 5: Fill out the note with a reason you hated the product. Here's what I sent word for word:
(Please change it up. It's not that hard. Plus my message wasn't that great.)
Subject: Bad Watermelon Pure Zero
Message: I bought a box of your watermelon pure zero for me and a few friends yesterday. It was disgusting! All four cans! I have had this drink before and I loved it! Did you change your formula? Please don't it was actually good before.
Step 6: Recive this message:

Thank you for contacting Rockstar.
Rockstar views every consumer complaint very seriously and is committed to producing the highest quality Beverage products.
We are sorry to learn of your experience, and apologize for your inconveniences.
We would like to send you a complimentary four pack of your favorite Rockstar flavor as our gesture of good will, and to make up for the issue you have detailed.
Please reply with your full name, street address, city/state/zip, and phone number. We will immediately send out a package to you via UPS Ground (marked for at door delivery). This may take up to 2 weeks.
Do you happen to still have the can?
If so please provide the lot number printed in black ink on the silver base of the can.
We hope that you continue to enjoy Rockstar products and thank you for drawing our attention to this matter

I have done this SE before years ago and they send you a bumper sticker and a few other goodies. It's the little things that I enjoy.
Step 8: Begin to Realize this is really a 2 step method that the op just drug out way too long.. Begin to hate op and think of creative ways he should be killed for his time-wasting evil.
Step 9: Talk yourself out of not killing the op because you are a sensible, level headed human being....
Until you realize that the op left the method a 9 step process. 9 isn't a symmetrical number, it's not EVEN even. Solidify your plan of killing him while drinking a Rockstar in his face at the moment of his death.
I hope this helps someone with their caffeine addiction. And I think Rockstar is a class act for how they handle customer complaints. I'm contacting monster, NOS and Full Throttle(same company), and Amp. We shall see how it goes. They all respond slowly.

Nice one.
When It comes to food products, you'll find that nearly all complaints from the consumer will be fulfilled with either a refund or (as In this case), a replacement. It's not necessarily that Rockstar Is gullible and susceptible to easily being SE'd, but more so the fact that they must follow company protocol and meet the needs of dissatisfied customers by offering refunds/replacements.
That said, you do need to formulate a good story which Is exactly what you've done here.

First time I did this they sent me two $1 USD bills in the mail. I screwed up. If you make your story good enough, no concern. Second time, no problem.

That is pretty hilarious. I would be way more proud of the 2 dollars. That took 100% more real work from them instead of shipping pre-allocated product. Haha

As with all SEing, research, preparation, a solid pretext and a good execution makes all the difference In a successful outcome.
Formulate It correctly based on all the above, and you'll meet your objective leaving very little to chance.
