Hey Guys Recently i found a project on external forum which i really need but i dont know what im doing wrong because AVs detect some malware on it ? Can i attached link to this project here and you guys take a look ?

It's probably infected, don't use it.
You can always scan it on http://virustotal.com to see how many AVs detect it.

What Ender said. If a link/download looks suspicious or is detected by your AV scan it with http://virustotal.com . Even if your AV doesnt detect the file if it looks sketchy, it probably is.

Hmm more likely because its a project from 2014-15 and use old code can you guys have a look and maybe refresh it if necessery ? Here is the project and scan which already has some heur file ? After compiling its getting worse like 16/60 detections .

Your online virus scan report Is not working.
In terms of whether the file Is Infected, It's Impossible to say without analyzing It. Detections aren't always true to their denotation. I have a keygen that's perfectly clean, but because of a few bad signatures In the AVs database, It's 48/60. Run your file In Sandboxie (In a VM) and see If there's any anomalies such as files dropped, suspicious outgoing connections etc.

One more time project scan to ensure you guys its safe till someone compile it , you know im almost 100% sure this file is also clean even after compile
