RE: Crunch Generate your dictionary password - Imagined Self - 09-28-2017

I read a bit on this tool and I love it. Thing is, How do you know where to start? maybe that is my problem....

When using this, you are (I am under the impression however) using this to crack the passsphrase which can be anything. I have been creating wordlists and have over 2 million passwords so far in one dictionary. I seem to, imho, have a nice computer... I get around 1800 keys/sec tested so it goes in about 10-15 minutes... which is FAST as all get out. but I have tried this on over thirty different systems and NOTHING ... so its really like whaaaa? I guess I have to keep practicing.
