New Sublime Text Update. What do you think? - Synthx - 09-14-2017 So, Sublime Text just recently sent out a new update. They now have a new logo: ![]() They have changed the look of the UI from this: Spoiler:![]() to this: Spoiler:![]() I really love the new UI, as it looks very modern. That is actually the new dark theme which looks very nice instead of the white theme: Spoiler:![]() They also now have different color schemes: Spoiler:![]() I really love the new Mariana scheme, its very nice. They did remove the majority of the old schemes which I think might make some other people upset. Some of the other highlights are big syntax highlighting improvements, touch input support on Windows, Touch Bar support on macOS, and apt/yum/pacman repositories for Linux. Here is some more information about it: https://www.sublimetext.com/3 What do you guys think of the "new" sublime text? Do you guys have any suggestions on what you feel should be different, or changed? RE: New Sublime Text Update. What do you think? - Slacker - 09-14-2017 I have personally never used this site or visited it but just from the information and visual changes you provided it seems it has deffinetly made a change for the better. Far more visually appealing RE: New Sublime Text Update. What do you think? - Inori - 09-14-2017 You're not using Sublime or Atom correctly if you stick with the default themes, color schemes, and highlighting. Check out Package Control; it's like APM for Sublime and provides functionality for automatic installation and management of the previously mentioned UI tweaks as well as tons of other plugins and modifications to the editor. https://packagecontrol.io/ RE: New Sublime Text Update. I don't use Sublime very often (at all), but I do like Sublime's version of the Monokai colour scheme. RE: New Sublime Text Update.
