I've read this eBook and can confidently say that It's very well worth It.
The Interesting part about It, Is reading Kevin's very own experiences, particularly the SEing side of things.

I haven't read this yet, been death on picki the book up to be honest. One book I have read to better my self with speaking to people in general is "crucial conversations tools for talking when stakes are high" and to be very honest it has helped me with SE'ing as well as speaking to others.
