This does come with an installer which is causing these detections, you can probably avoid using the binary and use something https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

There's multiple options to choose from in regards to this type of tool but KonBoot is an exceptional tool in this area, saved me a few times from the dreaded fresh install...

The good old Kon-Boot. A tool that's been around for as long as I can remember, and has certainly served It's purpose well.

This has saved many people's laptops when they've forgotten the password or mistyped the password during an install, makes my job easier so I'm happy.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but could I just have a USB with a windows installer and boot into the USB then open CMD and change the password?

The only method that I know that works like this is by changing sethc.exe to cmd.exe in System32 which allows you to open a cmd prompt with system priviledges on the host OS, but KonBoot bypasses the requirement of a password and logs you in automatically without changing anything on the OS.
