Keif - you ever used a grinder and let the little powder accumulate in the bottom? There's your keif, also sell screens to collect keif , there are several different grains of screens to filter out other by products crazy thing is the screens I speak of are one of the materials needed on early hash production

Yes -- yould could easily create kief from using a fine grinder, and hash from methods discoverable on youtube (Ice water hash is most accessible)
