So i bough this case in january (s340 elite) and i wondered if i could get refund hehe.
Said to rep that i've been in school in spain and when i came back the package weren't there.

A significant factor In a successful SE, Is targeting the vulnerability of the employee rather than the company Itself (via methods etc).
And a good time to SE an employee, Is late on a Friday (their timezone) whereby they're exhausted from their working week (hence their mentality Is less functional) and they'll do just about anything to get you off the phone- so they can make their way home.

Do you think saying, the i7 7700k didn't come in the same package as the x52 cooler works? And when i report it so delayed, i say that i was in spain attending school, and that my mom had picked up the parcel in january.

Given the cost of the Core I7-7700k (around 500$), the probability of this method working Is more so than not.
And It's not a necessity to go Into In depth detail as to "where" you were when the parcel arrived. Simply saying you were away on vacation will suffice. When SEing, the more details you give (when It's not necessary), the more you need to remember, therefore It can work against you should you forget and contradict yourself further down the track. Keeping It short, accurate, straight to the point and suited to the task at hand works well.
