Requesting a particular shipping company - NeoXx - 08-23-2017
I happen to know to refund from Amazon.com when ordered to Europe but
only when UPS ships the package rather than DHL.
Is there any way to ask Amazon to ship via UPS specifically? Also
is their choice of the shipping company random? I ordered several times
and it does appear to be random.

To my understanding, you can't.
Depending on the Item(s) and destination, the carrier Is decided and generated by Amazon's Internal systems. For example, If a locality cannot be fulfilled by UPS, then DHL will deliver Instead. Unless Amazon's structure has changed, I believe this Is the case.

It depends on a lot of factors, you can't just request a particular one.
