Amazon and Customs - NeoXx - 08-19-2017

I ordered a few expensive GPU's (1.5k in total) from Amazon.com
to my country in Europe.
The package was shipped by DHL and it arrived at my customs and they will only release
it to me once I send DHL some info.

How can I use this to my advantage to refund it from Amazon?
In Amazon tracking it says 'Delay, package at customs'. Amazon doesn't know that
I need to send DHL some info so they release it, they just think that the customs is slow.

What exactly are you wanna use to your advantage? You don't even have the package

I mean probably nothing. The vendor or Amazon could easily check customs, not to mention you explicitly said that in tracking it says that the package is delayed and in customs.

I will get the package once I send the documents to the shipping company.
I basically control how long the packages will remain at the customs, hence
perhaps there is a way to use that to my advantage...

It does, although wouldn't it be suspicious for Amazon if the package remains at customs for long enough, several days or more.

I don't see what you could possibly achieve with what you're asking.

Amazon tracks all dispatched Items, so any attempts to deceive under false pretenses (with customs) will most definitely fail.
