Buy direct from amazon. Not a reseller.

Just make the email, and send it with an email spoofer or even just screenshot. SHOULD work, but may not.

To clarify what is being said above:
When doing Amazon refunds, it is usually best if you bought the product "Fulfilled by Amazon" instead of from a 3rd party seller where the product is not. The reason for this is that when the product is fulfilled by amazon, returns and refunds are handled by amazon instead of by the seller. Amazon is generally more generous with refunds than the sellers are.

Worst advice I've ever heard.

OP, use a email spoofer or just make up a fake email with inspect element (of course, make it look real) and attach the picture as an attachment, they probably won't care. Or just tell them that you've called Amazon and they told you that on the phone. Wink

Ender gets my drift.

Amazon is more likely to refund you than a small reseller, they have less product to move around so each product they sell gets more direct attention. Right?
