Assuming all it needs to do is retweet from certain people, I would suggest looking into Twitter's streaming API (link below). Feel free to PM me if you have any issues with it.

Basically if I tweet something, twitter bots (or fake accounts) will retweet it. Should have said botS not bot, my bad.

Could be coded, shouldn't be that hard using the API. Though not sure how twitter handles multi-accounting or use of proxies.
