Post Your PC's Benchmark - mothered - 07-29-2017
Greetings everyone,
As the thread's title reads, this Is all about benchmarking your PC and posting the results thereafter. Whilst there are a few ways to achieve this, I've opted for the Basic Edition of 3DMark- simply because It's free and gets the job done with ease. Firstly, I'll start off with my specs (of relevance):
Product: Acer Predator Laptop (17.3").
Processor: Core I7 Quad 7700HQ.
Memory: 16GB DDR4
Graphics: GTX 1070 8GB.
Storage: 128GB SSD (boot), 1TB (additional).
Resolution: 1920x1080.

I know there's quite a few Gamers on this board, so It'll be Interesting to view your results.

I would love to... but since my cpu is getting temps of 99°C+ I'm not going to stress it any further. First I'll need to figure out how to solve that issue (no it's not the fans), before stressing it this far. Don't want to blow up my PSU/CPU.

All good no problem at all, I understand.
During my benchmark above, I hit the cooling on the maximum speed (It can be applied manually on the Predator via a control button), and I also slotted the Cooler Master (fan module) In the optical drive bay. It handled all tests with no Issues whatsoever.

I'll benchmark and compare to see whether double the ram (32GB) makes any difference In the overall result.
