Hi
I've just SEed my first item. It's fitbit charge 2. It was easy AF and I loved it <3
Now I need to SE band for this watch. I spoken over the phone as always and they asked me to send a picture of broken band with case number,
Can anyone provide that?

If you can find a picture of a broken band, save it. Take a picture of a piece of paper with the case number on it and snip it out using the snapchat feature. That's what I do for all of my SEs when they ask, they fall for it every time.
