Live Like You're Dying - evegrant - 06-05-2017
Lenka Kripac, an Australian singer, does anyone like her voice?
When I listened to the song "Live Like You're Dying", I was deeply touched by the lyrics and her voice.
One of these days you'll be
Under the covers you'll be
Under the table and you'll realize
All of your days are numbered
All of them one to one hundred
All of them millions.
All of them trillions.
So what are you gonna do with them all?
You can not trade them in for mall. no no.
Take every moment
You know that you own them.
It's all you can do,
Use what's been given to you.
Give me a reason
To fight the feeling
That there's nothing here for me.
Cause none of it's easy,
I know it wasn't meant to be.
I know it's all up to me.
It's all up to me.
So what am i gonna do with my time? oh
I'll take every moment,
I know that I own them.
It's all up to you
To do whatever you choose.
Live like you're dying
And never stop trying.
It's all you can do,
Use what's been given to you.
All of the moments you didn't notice
Gone in the blink of an eye.
And all of the feelings you can't help feeling.
No matter how you try. oh oh.
Take every moment
You know that you own them.
It's all up to you to do
Whatever you choose.
Live like you're dying
And never stop trying.
It's all you can do,
Use what'sbeen given to you.
Live like you're dying
And never stop trying.
It's all up to you,
Use what's been given to you.

I know of her quite well.
She also starred In a few TV shows, such as All Saints, Home and Away, Above the Law and more. She's one talented Individual.

When I saw the title I thought it was the song by Tim McGraw.

You're very welcome.
There's not too many Individuals that are equally talented In both acting and singing. As a side note, I've seen Jon Bon Jovi In an acting scene and he played the role well. Of course, singing Is his forte.

Same.
It can be somewhat difficult (time-wise) to juggle both careers and those who're equally proficient In both, are certainly worthy of admiration.

To be honest, I wasn't feeling it. Lyrics didn't stand out to me much either. Seems like an overdone concept and they read like something I'd see on Tumblr or something from your average teenager trying to be inspirational.
