Yeah, I've been slacking recently. I'm in the middle of culminating projects/exam season, so it's difficult to be online all the time.

Shortlinking, aka shitlinking, is generally frowned upon. I know some forums have an exception if you're the original owner of the content AND creator of the link, but we generally don't do that.
If you just want a short url, use https://goo.gl to avoid having ads and a wait time plastered all over it. (If you don't mind, can you change the links on all your posts?)
