Simple Common Web Booter Error for Unlimited Boot Time - Lipa - 04-04-2017
This is extremely simple to complete, while very common. All you need is a membership to the web booter.
Fill in the IP address, method and port fields.
Go to boot time, and type "-1", this will result in a never ending attack, unless stopped by booter staff.

This will only work if the site hasn't taken measures against it.
As far as I remember, most sites don't allow an integer below 1.

You'd be surprised the amount of web booters that haven't done anything to protect against this 'exploit'.
A lot of owners just redesign a public, terribly coded, source. (I'm sure you can guess which one.)
