Happy Pokemon Day - Aeolian - 02-28-2017

Today celebrates the 21st birthday of Pokemon.
An exclusive version of the New Nintendo 3DS XL has been released and won't be around for long.

Other things such as figurines of popular characters like Pikachu of course have also been released.
If any of you are into Pokemon Go, which sadly not too many people aren't into anymore, you can get a festive Pikachu wearing a party hat up until March 5th I believe?

One last thing to mention, if you play Pokemon Sun or Moon, you can get a FREE bottle cap from your local Gamestop!!

It's awesome it's been around so long. Played every game since Blue/Yellow version. Need to finish Sun/Moon still.

Doubt I'll take advantage of the promotions, though. No point in getting a new XL, playing Pokemon Go again, or spending time to go to Gamestop.

I actually don't even own one, I am more of an old school Pokemon player. (I stopped at Black & White).
I still have an original DS Lite.

Honestly. It's cool that they are doing so much for this. Pokemon is now old enough to drink. Hopefully it doesn't take a dark turn like Sonic did. Poor sonic. So much potential, but the street drugs hit him hard. Don't do drugs kids.

My goodness, I had no Idea It's been 21 years since It's official launch.
Back then, I had the Pokemon Game Boy, along with a heap of games- Pokemon Yellow, Red, Blue, Gold, Silver etc. I wish I kept them all In their mint condition.
