Is there a particular way or tool through which I can extract email ids of specific audience?

I am trying to build a list of email ids of specific group of interest. If you can guide me for retrieving from a competitors site's database. Or even any other method which can help.

If you PM me I can scrape emails off of Facebook pages and groups for you, not free.
CSV would include first name, middle name, last name, username, and email.
