Some advice - Sweetest Thrills - 11-27-2016

Hi. I've only done SE on Amazon so I need some tips. I ordered some items from Best Buy I want either refunded or "replaced". One is a $70 external HDD, very small and light. Is it best if it didnt come, or was empty? Or if the battery was leaked out? I'm Elite+ if that helps. I also ordered a larger $50 item and small $40 item at the same time, plus 2 $200 tablets. I'd love to refund the tablets but they screwed up the order and I had to buy them in store and cancel the online order.

I also have 2 Echo Dots coming on my Amazon Prime account. How should I get refunded?

I have 2 large pieces of furniture coming from walmart, no way to SE those right?

Thanks for the tips!

If you don't get any replies for a while, check out which members have posted tips or tutorials on SE'ing and perhaps send them a PM. I wish I could help but I'm not experienced in SE'ing.

As with all companies, online merchants and e-commerce websites, It's vitally Important to view and go over their terms to see exactly how they operate with refunds, replacements and the like.

Preparation (prior to SE'ing) Is Imperative, thereby you can formulate your strategies and significantly Increase the likely hood of a successful outcome. Preparing your SE also Involves making a few bogus calls to see what questions are raised, how they expect to be answered and Identifying the weakest human vulnerability you've spoken to. You can then use and exploit this person In your real SE. Be confident and take control of the conversation with an authoritative approach- It makes all the difference between success and failure.
