I was surfing the net when I found this VPN, I just tested it and it's working. So if you are looking for a free way to change your IP you can do it with this little software. (If you are intending to do some serious work online then you should use payed VPN of course).

Thank you, well I haven't actually checked d/u speed, but while I was surfing it was pretty solid.
