ORIGIN/EA HELP PLEASE - OriginX - 10-29-2016
Hi,
I purchased a game for 29.99 almost an hour ago now, and I've yet to receive the game. Is this normal? I've tweeted out to the EA Support Team on Twitter multiple times, but no response as of yet.
I got an email saying I may have to wait up until 24 hours, but I would have assumed I would have still received it straight away, just like whenever other things say you may have to wait a certain time period.

I generally get my games immediately, although maybe it has to do with your billing information?
