Thats a tough one... I've always liked Unreal Engine myself.

Unreal engine, it's next gen. If you're a good graphics designer Unreal has some unmatched results compared to Unity. Also Unreal Engine is free (exept 5% royalty fee on all revenue you create), while Unity is about 1500$ for the pro version.

Unity have too big asset story, but Unreal have a small asset story.

If you really want to make a game that is personalized, I recommend creating assets yourself. Unreal has also an asset store: https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace
