We've all heard Jeff Foxworthy's "You know you're a redneck when...", and there used to be a pretty good (and funny) list relating to programming (You can find a rough example of such here)
Well, I want to get a good thread going, since here people all claim or have proven to be hackers, which are really just a focus group of programmers, you guys should have some good ones.
So, I'll start it off, and we can go from there:
You know you're a real programmer when ... you look both ways before crossing a one way street.

You know you're a real programmer when ... you attend a meeting at the ungodly hour of 2PM in your underwear
(I've actually done this one. The meeting was actually at 1:30PM last Monday, I woke up at 2, phoned into it, the entire time in my underwear and still in bed)

This Is more so based on anything hacking-related.
You know you're a real programmer when ... you question assumptions, seeing what's not there, going around the obvious and manipulating a given entity to perform other than what It's designed to do.
