Heartless - Speed Art - Nuance - 09-03-2016

I wanted to challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone.
Two things I try to stay away from are Adobe Illustrator and fine detail.
So for this project I wanted to focus on those two things to try and push myself creatively.

I also am working on bringing up the quality of the video I am recording.

Let me know what you think, good or bad.
Like and sub if you want to stay up to date with me on YouTube.

Very impressive. Is this your profession?

I see you're back at it. Impressed as always.

I really like the graphic. Very nice.

Very impressed. I don't know a lot about graphics, but this looks really good. Can I ask how long you have been working on it?

Very impressive, this is quite amazing. I think the graphics is pretty good, my favourite bit being the shading. I like the amount of detail you put into it as well. How long have you been doing this for and how do you do this as a job etc? All in all this is quite amazing.

The detail you put in is phenomenal. Always impressed by these, to say the least.

Looking forward to more.

Ah I'm so glad to see more of your work!

It always intrigues me how you work and decisions you make.

Where'd you get this idea from? Why did you chose those colours? When the average person thinks of "shading", they simply go dark to light or vise versa, but your pieces rarely seem to do that. Instead you achieved that effect with what seem like warm and cold colours. Although, I know the yellow is lighter than then purple in tone, it's still a really interesting method. Those colours kinda go against what I would want to choose, but they seem such successful picks as they give your work that nice "mood".

This was about 3 hours of work and some more time before hand planning out what I wanted to do.

Been doing art my whole life, graphic design for 10 years, and illustrations just for the past few years.

I got the idea from just thinking about what i wanted to make next and googling some portraits of people. I was in a rough mood that day so i wanted to get it out into a project.
The colors just sort of happened as they did, I knew i wanted something abstract but wasnt sure where I was going to go with it.
thank you very much for your feedback, I do appreciate it.
