Anime Wallpaper! - Skullmeat - 08-23-2016

I've been practicing layering, blending, and filters in Photoshop. None of the source images are mine, but that wasn't the point here. (I can't draw, sue me) I wanted to try a few ideas that I had floating around in my head. (Specifically, high color contrast and grimier looks.) Enjoy, and feel free to share your own.

I honestly think this would look pretty sick without the checkers, in all it looks nice man! Goodjob.

Good But i think u used a lot of colour in it.

If you've seen the anime the checkers make sense. I could remove them, however.

Good But i think u used a lot of colour in it.

She came that way, I just up'ed the saturation on her to make her stand out more.

i say Background of pic u used a lot of Balck and blue colour.
Use just Blue i think it will better.

In my opinion, i quite like the checkered bit and the wallpaper is pretty good in my opinion.
You can try out Mr.Kurds idea of just using blue and see how it works out but i quite like it as it is.

Made a few changes. A bit of texture, and made Jibril a bit more vibrant.
