Does anyone here gamble/bet IRL?
I do lottery, but not very often. I also like to do 2p machines at arcades if that counts.
I may be going to a casino in London next weekend called Aspers Casino with a few friends. If I do, it'll be my first time going to a casino. If I do go, I won't be taking much with me as I'm going away on vacation in 3 weeks. It's more for experience. I like to experience new things.

I only gamble online because I'm too lazy to go to a casino that is 2 hours away. Also gambling bitcoin is more fun for me somehow.

Old thread, but nonetheless, still active.
I also play the lottery each week- only a very small Investment. After almost 20 years, I've yet to win anything on a large scale.

If you can count up and down and do divisional sums in your head without LOOKING like you're doing maths, I am an able card counter and willing to teach anyone who wants to learn.
If anyone just wants to sit back and statistically always have the edge against the house, I can teach you that too.
Don't let on to anyone at the casino smart enough to get what you're doing if I give up the statistical winning, cause if you do they'll ban a staple for people who enjoy the game too.
I hate putting any of my money up to chance, the little I get, so I don't gamble. It just helps to know how.
Never lost a game of strip poker in my life. Plaid it with the ex about a year back, her thinking she's badass at cards, and bet off everything on me, pulling back everything she had on her, including her ankle brace, with a shirt and a pair of shorts.
I fucking love Texas Hold 'Em. Just not in a casino vs anyone who knows the former ways to play.

My family has the worst lock a casinos other than two of them that when they go and they go around once a week i have still yet to see them not walk out without at least grand in hand the most they won was around 15 grand in slots and on occasion walk out with 2-3k

Did a bit of matched betting, managed to make around £400 from it through sign up offers but some people make a lot more.

Yes I gamble a lot, I can tell you it will be way more exciting than going to arcades lol. Casino is really good plus if you are a new member you will get free chips it's like to kinda lure you in and keep on coming back. Gambling is good as long as you don't get hooked. Flashing lights hearing the winning noise it's just great unless you start breaking your wallet. Like you said you are taking a limated amount of cash witch is brilliant and you will really enjoy yourself. Hope you have a good time honestly

That's the safest way not to gamble your entire savings- which Is easily done when you have no control of your actions.
