Why don't you simply hook onto a VPN In those localities and create an account thereafter?

Think about this logically.
Your Issue Is that you require an account that's location-specific, namely the US or Australia. If you connect (for example) to a US server via a VPN and create an account, as long as you remain connected to the US, It will serve the purpose you're after.
