What is your favored programming language, and why? - Lucas - 06-23-2016

I honestly favor the first one I have ever learned, C++. It's a very powerful language and I enjoy the fact that it allows me to organize my code into logically related 'paragraphs' complete with their necessary declarations.

What are your thoughts?

My favorite one is still vb.net, it was my first one but still fun!

My favorite is Java. I love the syntax, the simplicity, and the fact that Java uses a garbage collector to free up unused objects. I also really resonate with the design decisions that went in to make Java what it is today. Smile

C# is my go-to now after many years of usage. For web development, PHP still has a special place in my heart.

I'd say either Java or the first I learned, C++. For web development PHP, and hardware, Verilog.

I think C is my favorite language. There's always something to learn about C and many times it relates directly to the computer architecture you're working on. It's also a low-level programming language, and I really like the control that comes with that.

Apart from C, I really like Python Wink

Python is my fav.
Super easy and fast to use. You can setup something in Python with fewer lines of code than many other languages.
