Skryptec's Proxy Tool - Skryptec - 06-05-2016

Hello everyone,

This is my 2.0 version of the old proxy tool I have made a while ago.
I had nothing to do, so I decided to remake it.

Haha the amount of times I've done this before on my prior releases. Looks pretty cool dude. The UI is clean and simple, I like it. I won't be downloading it myself as I have no use for it but I will wait for other users input as to the functionality of the program.

Most of my tools are always free and I have never sold a proxy tool.
