Have you tried looking on yt or google pal?

Do you mean, like, modifying the DNS A/AAAA records to point to something?

If so it should be under something like a CPanel under NameCheap >> Edit DNS

Otherwise you're going to need a box, and you're going to need to deploy a DNS server like BIND on it.

Create A and NS records for your domain with BIND
ns1.yourdomain.com
ns2.yourdomain.com
your zone file will look something like this:
ns1.yourdomain.com. IN A 1.2.3.4
ns2.yourdomain.com. IN A 1.2.3.5
yourdomain.com. IN NS ns1.yourdomain.com.
yourdomain.com. IN NS ns2.yourdomain.com.

(this setup requires two VPS, b/c two different ips for ns1 ns2)

****
Remember these IP's
then you can login to your domains registrar and create glue records for as many nameservers you want. just make sure you're using those IP's

Always, always make sure to test it.

This Is what I was thinking the OP Is referring to as well.

All domain registrars differ with their DNS settings and Input. I think you have some pretty solid advice right here.

Thanks guys but I probably didn't explain it well, I wanted to make a sort of DNS that would point to my IP for ratting, but I've allready figured out how to do it, thanks to everyone though! Biggrin
