Second :
Scan for virus's on Avira
Third :
It will prompt you to remove them.
Fourth:
Sit back whilst it removes the viruses
Please note paid software is much better.

Avaria is not even that good of an anti malware
There are many free anti-viruses that is better
Also you can use others things such as Process Hacker, Process Monitor, and more

A single scanner will, most often, do nothing to remove malware. Removing existing infections requires specialized tools, and knowledge of symptoms, as well as a familiarity with the malware in question, once identified.
