Would you rather #2!

Short and simple, please choose one and give some explanation to why.

Q:Would you rather be blind or deaf?

RE: Would you rather #2 - Oni - 05-09-2016

Probably deaf. I could still use a computer, at least. I figure vision is more important for survival, unless you're Daredevil.

Deaf deafinitely (haha i crack myself up)

Like Oni said, can still use a computer. Can still see where to go.

With modern technology, you can restore a lot of hearing through loads of money.

I'd definitely 110% rather be deaf than blind.
When you're blind you can't do so many things. Walking (well), running, computer, driving, EVERYTHING!

Like everyone else on this thread I'd definitely with the deaf option. I'd have to learn sign language among other things but I'd honestly be fine with it.

How is either affliction caused? This is important for me to answer because which i would rather have all depends on why i am unable to see or hear

The blinding was caused from viewing a cancerous meeme.

The deafening was caused by hearing one.

I Would choose being deaf over being blind 100%

It's this very question I've asked myself many times over so many years.

I'd say "deaf". Where there's vision, there's direction. I'd rather have visual guidance than an audible viewpoint.

Deaf, I'd rather be able to look where I want to go than having no idea where I'm heading or what I'm doing.
