Milk Addiction - Pirate - 05-04-2016
I have lost about 50 pounds over the past 3 months but its not damn good enough
I was figuring out why i wasn't losing as much as when i first started then I realized I drink like 3 gallons of milk a WEEK. But I love Milk and thats like one thing I can't give up. Is there anyways to help me get over it and reduce it a bit?

I'm the opposite, I can't drink straight milk, it's either flavored or I don't drink it!

Yea i agree somewhat with you haha like sometimes i can drink just regular milk with some foods i eat but most of the time if im drinking milk its either chocolate or vanilla.
But back to the subject maybe try drinking water more instead of milk and only have milk for certain types of meals?

I'm addicted to milk too, I think I drink about 2 gallons a week, sometimes even more. I just like it.
