Judging by this, I'd say It's safe to assume It's of great Importance to the "significance" of the actual number of years your birthday represents.
A 16th (driving age In some localities) 18th (drinking age), 19th (last year of being a teen) 21st (obvious reasons) and the list goes on. No, I'm not trying to dox you, I don't do that to those I know and respect.
