I can get a lot of bitcoin... And I'd be really happy to do exchange for the need from some user on this forum, however the only down side is the chagebacks and all, if this could be avoided, im willing to open a shop for you guys.

May I ask is there any advantages that BTC has over PP other than chargebacks?

You could make people verify themselves OP to slow down on chargebacks, ask for ID matching their account names. If they use their real accounts, they won't risk it more than likely. That's how my exchanger deals with PP and he tells me he hasn't had very many chargebacks. Also only deal with people you know are safe, not just everyone.
