Okay, if you're having trouble studying - actually. Are you studying online things or offline? Cause that'll effect a few things I tell you. Tongue
Meaning, do you have to have internet to study.

Okay, well while you're not having to study things online - unplug your computer for a bit and just focus on that. Play some music in your headphones to clear up outside distractions then put your phone in your pocket, don't pick it up again. Reward yourself with something like, say - gummy bears (I know it's childish but stuff like this works) for every few problems/questions you can answer correctly, or every few pages you read. Be sure that instead of doing it all at once, you do something like 45 minutes with a 10 minute break, spend a few minutes outside as if you stay inside it'll encourage you to break the work ethic you're trying to do.

For the online studying - you need to create another user on the computer solely for studying. On it you have to block all websites that could interfere with it, or just create a whitelist of a few websites you might need to use. If you don't trust yourself to unblock them - have a close friend put a random password that is required to change things and have them keep it so you can't change anything on that specific account.

Thanks a very much qt pie

Also, be sure to set a few alarms to let you know when you can start a small break and when it ends. I wouldn't advise just to do a full-fledged study session with no breaks, nor would I say take too long of breaks.

The rare times I studied I did that - then found out it wasn't healthy, then started doing that little regimen and it helped.
