[REQUEST] Make a tutorial on how to make a sig - OversouL - 03-19-2013
Can someone please make a tutorial on how to make a sig like mine and others that have anime characters or gaming characters that glow and some designs like that. I really would like to learn. I don't like making people do what I want. : $ So maybe a tutorial would help ^_^
