No offense I feel it takes away from the crisp feel it should have. It looks... dare I say sloppy now? and really low res.

I was trying to be nice but fine.
The added background looks bad, and very rushed and makes it appear to have a sloppy appearance.
The "fixed" colors don't look really good and takes away from the feel of what the signature was suppose to be a more crisp and professional look not glowing text.
The bevel and emboss you did on the thing destroyed the diamond and made it look almost childish in appearance and ruined the edges of the font.
The sparkle might work if you didn't change everything else.

Looks decent, but..
the bevel and emboss on text is a no-no,
the glow just takes away what nice look the text had,
and the animation should be a bit slower.
