Why this specific OS? You don't really explain it and their website doesn't show much different than Linux based OS's out there. I personally dual boot Linux myself

This should go in the Linux section
But reguardless, Linux mint for dual boot. Its light weight and easy to use. I run mint as my daily OS no dual boot. Never going back to windows or mac lol

Do you know how to fix resolution on two different size monitors?
It's so ugly and can't be used.

I would just set up the smaller one as an extended desktop or get another one the same size.
