I actually made a page using html. Though its incredibly primitive I intend to make more complex pages with links and all that good shit.

Lmfao congratulations. Like you can legit use tags now?

Well, you certainly got that right Tongue Good job though, starting to learn a language is the hardest part of the process, and it's always a really rewarding experience when you finally make something after learning the basics of a language. I would recommend that you pick some type of web site that you want to create, and then after you have finished learning the basics of HTML, create that website to the best of your abilities and then research any problems that you come accross. That has been the most effective method for learning a language for me at least. You might also want to learn a bit more HTML before you move on to CSS, because CSS can get confusing if you don't know much HTML. Cheers Biggrin

Everyone has to start somewhere, I would try to make your site a bit more interactive. Add some check, boxes pictures, external links ect. If your feeling a bit more adventures try adding some basic PHP to get info from the user. Idk just a suggestion that's what I did when i began learning web design.
