I've driven my fair share of shitty cars, And I've worked on my fair share of shitty cars. I have to nominate the 2000 Jeep grand cherokee as the biggest pile of shit car on the planet. They aren't fuel efficient, They sure as fuck aren't reliable, The Interior smells feels like, and usually is crap, and they come into the auto shop at a decent pace. I had a cherokee come in with a blown inline 6, replaced the engine. 3 months later, Transmission is blown, and the radiator needed replacement. comes back 2 months later with a blown transmission (again) and a water pump on its last legs. Perform ALL those repairs, And I suspect that thing was sold off to some other poor sucker. I know this isn't a car forum, But I really need to spew my hatred for the Cherokee out. I hate working on them, and I hate looking at them. They do make for a good cheap winter beater though if you like keeping your good cars rust free.
