I am tired of getting complaints and negative feedback about the post count : member ratio not being even
That is the only reason I added you have to have 1 post to biew the shoutbox
But thats causing a bigger problem, people are just posting like "posting to see the shoutbox"

I am thinking of making it you have to have 40 charcs in your first post to view the shoutbox and it can not have the
word shoutbox in it.
I am also thinking every 100 messages you send you have to make another post. Seems fair to me
But I want your guys feedback.
I mean something has to be done about these 2 issues

I think this will lead to longer spam, people just want to go to the shoutbox and not waste time
(I like to post so its not a problem to me)
I think you shouldn't change those, maybe only set shoutbox for registered members is enoug imo
Not sure exactly why you want to restrict the shoutbox, besides having outsiders just "spying" on our actions. ^^
Btw: its pretty much another place where people can just do quick raid posts, maybe add another shoutbox for random chatting.
I like this shoutbox besies that you can't scroll down to more messages

Every 100 messages thing would get annoying i would guess? but the rest i'm okay with.

The shoutbox only showes 10 messages because it was causing the resource page problem

Well we need more posts anyway. we get a lot of posts. But I thought the shoutbox 1 post thing would get more.

no, people would just wait longer until they post a HUGE ton of crap posts but I don't really care either about spammy messages since they can just be deleted
