C++ is very easy to learn and if you are a fast learner, you could learn it within a week or two.

Have you ever heard of online courses.
There are some sites like edx that provides online courses along with the certification.
All you need to do is dedicate some of your time to learn a course through videos and some other resources( which are provided by the course coordinator). You can get almost any course in these sites.

Clearly some people don't know what they are talking about. It would take you much longer than that to just review a fraction of the features involved with the language... You are obviously not someone who knows C++. "Hello world" doesn't count.
