So my forum has kinda died out and it has a lot of posts and like 80 members or something but I don't know what to do with it? I don't want to sell it but idk... Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Exactly what Maeko said, get a proper domain with hosting and stop using a ripped theme. That'll start off your forum ever so slightly, then start to advertise.

Get a new, custom theme and pay for a sticky on HF and FK. As well as header ads.

Offer something than other doesn't, or if you want to use something pre-existent then offer a better option than the others.
You should start by learning HTML & CSS so you can create your own badass themes.

To Seo a theme look at rf and nbb honestly, uses a lot of stuff to name divs and do meta tags right.
