Don't you think you are being a bit too harsh giving him a permanent ban? I mean he easily gets aggravated, but you'd know that by know, wouldn't you? You should've just ignored his insults until his ban expired, IMO.

If he knows that then he shouldn't make a ban appeal, it's his own fault.
He also threatened us after he got the perm so there's even more of a reason to keep him permed.
